Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of lending experience. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage intricate credit scenarios, exhibit strong customer retention and growth skills, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in organizing and analyzing complex financial data is essential, along with familiarity with PC applications, including spreadsheets and word processing software. Active participation in community and civic organizations is highly valued.
