Job SummaryThe Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for leading a team of veterinarians, mentoring associate doctors, and empowering the care team to deliver an unparalleled client experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for veterinary medicine, and a commitment to our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of veterinarians by modeling excellent medical practice and mentoring associate doctors to improve individual performance.
- Empower the care team to deliver an exceptional client experience and collaborate with the clinic manager to drive overall performance.
- Embody and encourage the Modern Animal culture of self-compassion and a blame-free work environment.
- Participate in initiatives that support the well-being of the clinical team and make the veterinary profession both joyful and sustainable.

- Active license to practice veterinary medicine in California required at the start of employment.
