- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
