Nurse Manager Assistant

Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Nurse Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and improving nursing care, as well as assisting in promoting safe, cost-effective, quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have one year of additional graduate education or two to three years of clinical experience in nursing, with one year in the clinical subspecialty required.
Previous leadership experience and knowledge of computer applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are preferred.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and evaluate nursing care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Assist the Nurse Manager in promoting safe, cost-effective, quality patient care.
- Assign patient care to staff and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care and outcomes.
- One year of additional graduate education or two to three years of clinical experience in nursing.
- One year of experience in the clinical subspecialty required.
- Previous leadership experience and knowledge of computer applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, preferred.
This is a full-time position with benefits, including a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Rotating shifts, primarily days, 8-10 hour shifts, with time in staffing and office time based on OIP recommendations for the unit.
