Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of culinary experience.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • 1 year of experience in a fine dining establishment.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Familiarity with the complete menu offerings.
  • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality dishes.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in various meat cuts and their preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of seafood and its culinary applications.
  • Proficient computer skills for operational tasks.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for the majority of the work shift.
  • Experience with diverse kitchen equipment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Knife skills and equipment maintenance knowledge.
  • General understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills in sauce preparation and culinary creativity.
