Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the planning, management, and risk assessment of the contract
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract
  • Manage contract deliverable requirements and performance
  • Oversee the entire requirement and translate these to technical directions for the team
  • Ensure the efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the government
  • Provide oversight of staff and support activities; maintain contract costs
  • Work with corporate team to retain the most qualified team for the program
  • Manage overall contract performance to include providing subcontract management, overseeing invoicing, contract change proposals

Requirements:

  • Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional project teams, preferably in a systems development environment
  • Planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints
  • Strong management and leadership, written and oral communications skills
  • Experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, formal education, and/or extensive experience with major software implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Technology related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
  • Formal Army Staff Leadership Education

Security Clearance: US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility per contract requirements.
