AAA Gate is seeking a skilled Gate Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of automatic gates and coiling doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-voltage systems and experience in teaching and managing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation and maintenance of automatic gates and coiling doors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Train and manage a team of technicians to achieve high-quality results
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in automatic gate installation and repair
- Extensive knowledge of gate operators and telephone entry systems
- Proficiency in welding and ability to perform occasional welding tasks
- Seven years of experience in automatic gate and coiling door installation for the Foreman position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
