The experts in this team are dedicated to delivering client-centric solutions focused on Business Process Automation, Integration Strategy & Architecture, API management, and Cloud, Application, & Data Integrations.



What You'll Do

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple integration projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Facilitate regular status meetings and progress reports with clients and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are applied to project tasks.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Ensure that integration solutions are designed and implemented according to leading practices and client requirements.
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration components.
Ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
Resolve project-related issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Stay updated with the latest integration technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization.
Lead internal initiatives such as the development of accelerators or documented integration perspectives (e.g., white papers, POV sales collateral) that can be leveraged for client pursuits and delivery work
Partner with sales and account leaders across Slalom teams to develop project approaches that include integration solution components

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in integration architecture, project management, and delivery.
Proven experience in managing large-scale integration projects and leading project teams.

Proficiency with multiple integration platforms and middleware (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, Apache Camel, Solace, APIGEE), Google Integration Services.

Strong understanding of API management, RESTful and SOAP web services, and message queuing.
Experience with cloud integration platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience working with different ERPs and knowledge of standard business processes.
Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Certification in relevant integration technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of enterprise service buses (ESBs) and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
