The Opportunity

The IT Technician's role is to ensure system operation and functionality so that end users can accomplish business tasks. The position requires both proven experience, outstanding customer service and personal communication skills. The successful candidate is a leader, who identifies problems, participates in designing solutions, and holds themselves accountable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner
  • Supervise the servicing for all support tickets
  • Ensure the satisfaction of the end-user
  • Work jointly with the sales team to provide pre-sales and post-sales support
Requirements
  • Previous managed service provider (MSP) experience
  • 7+ years hands-on IT support or help desk experience
  • Strong networking knowledge and experience in creating and managing VLANs and routers
