Laser Maintenance Specialist

Caelux Corporation is seeking a skilled Laser Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baldwin Park, California. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our laser manufacturing equipment systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance of mechanical & electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of laser systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Provide training and support to other staff members on the operation and maintenance of laser systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance of critical plant equipment and utilities on a scheduled basis.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with laser systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and maintenance principles.
- Hands-on execution of maintenance for process, utility, and facilities equipment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
The Laser Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
