About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team at Eagle LNG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor the natural gas amine and liquefaction process systems for LNG production.
  • Monitor the loading and offloading of LNG at our plant and marine fueling terminal.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and systems.
  • Respond to alarms and abnormal operating conditions, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth plant operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including equipment maintenance, tank levels, and process data.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including PHMSA and USCG requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in natural gas or process operations preferred.
  • Prior experience with fuel transfer operations and knowledge of PHMSA and USCG regulations a plus.
  • Forklift operator certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
