Position Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive logistics planning and implementation for turnaround activities. The incumbent will receive guidance and performance evaluations from the site Turnaround Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in refinery or industrial facility environments.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive approach to project development, execution, and oversight.
  • Experience managing projects that involve collaboration with controls, engineering, project management, and client relations, as well as overseeing procurement activities.
  • Proven success in implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Preparation and estimation of material and rental equipment lists for logistics strategies.
  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing a diverse and demanding workload.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aware of personal strengths and weaknesses, with a commitment to self-improvement.
  • Strong ethical standards and the ability to navigate complex ethical situations.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
