Job Objective:

This role entails the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of CLEANPART US processes in alignment with ISO documented protocols. Key responsibilities include ultra-high vacuum (UHV) cleaning, selective chemical removal, surface texturing, coating applications, statistical process control (SPC), failure analysis, process enhancement, and fostering technical relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, refine, and perpetually enhance Cleanpart US processes
  • Engage in preventive maintenance procedures, equipment calibration, servicing, installation, qualification, and facility layout
  • Conduct experimental research, interpret data, and offer actionable insights
  • Oversee SPC process management
  • Execute failure analysis on processes, machinery, and components
  • Advocate for environmentally responsible and safe operational practices
  • Facilitate communication with clients and assist Sales during discussions
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

Ideal candidates will possess a technical degree along with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience. Familiarity with chemicals and the semiconductor sector is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SPC software is essential.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, influenced by various factors.
