Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced LPN/LVN with a specialization in Correctional Health to join our team at Finger lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, including insulin, G-Tube/J-Tube feedings, respiratory treatments, and tracheotomy care/suctioning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues
