We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. This is an entry-level role that offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
