Front Desk Lead

Gulf Shores Staybridge Suites is seeking a Front Desk Lead to oversee the front desk during the overnight shift. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills who can manage daily financial and operational tasks while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest arrivals and departures.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
