Prevention and Intervention Program Coordinator

We seek a skilled Community Prevention Specialist to join our Education Department, focusing on violence prevention and intervention strategies. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate and/or facilitate evidence-based programs targeting behaviors reducing risk factors and increasing protective factors around sexual and domestic violence.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement adult/youth mentoring programs focusing on healthy relationships, sexuality, and social-emotional learning.
- Develop and implement bystander empowerment and education strategies to foster allies' commitment to ending violence.
- Build partnerships with community organizations to amplify program impact.
This salaried position comes with an estimated annual salary of $62,000, reflecting your skills and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
