Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional Guest Services as an integral member of our Housekeeping TEAM. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the immaculate appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring that guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas are spotless. You will also assist room attendants in upholding the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to our guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness by meticulously caring for guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas.
  • Ensure every detail is attended to by stocking linen closets with amenities and supplies to support our dedicated Room Attendants.
  • Support our team's commitment to excellence by swiftly removing soiled linens and trash from guest floor corridors and carts, providing crucial assistance during peak occupancy periods.
  • Perform deep cleaning activities in guestrooms alongside preventative maintenance tasks.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in confined spaces.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping House Person Attendant is preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
