Job Title: Data Sourcing Professional

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic relationships with third-party data suppliers to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Assist with data contract negotiations and manage day-to-day operational issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis of performance gaps and develop remediation plans to improve data quality.
  • Understand and document the Strategic Data Sourcing process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Apply critical analysis to implement strategies for onboarding new data assets, supporting the needs of business unit partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and directions, suggesting new capabilities and adapting to changing needs.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of related experience in data sourcing, contract negotiation, and process management.
  • Strong experience in researching and analyzing data vendor options and presenting recommendations.
  • Understanding of data acquisition process and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of business unit requirements and impact to overall data supply chain.
  • Meeting facilitation skills and ability to present ideas and information in group settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Public Record or Real Estate data is highly preferred.
Annual Pay Range:

$73,000 - $100,000 USD
