Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Bank's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or some college a plus.
  • Experience: Two or more years of relevant customer sales or service or banking experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
