  • Workforce Planning: This role will focus on workforce planning across various business units. Organizational structuring will be a significant aspect of this position.
  • This position encompasses both strategic planning and the practical application of policies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in HR within the manufacturing sector is essential.
  • Management of HR across multiple locations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence senior management on business and personnel-related decisions, with a focus on delivering constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate complex organizational challenges in a matrixed environment, including organizational structuring, staffing, compensation, performance management, employee development, and compliance.

Compensation: $150,000-$175,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Permanent Position, On-site

Travel Requirements: 25% travel may be necessary.

This role will involve travel to various business units as required.
