OrthoCarolina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at our Matthews Surgery Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in providing high-quality orthopedic surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA)
