About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL Operator to join our team at HPC Industrial, a Clean Harbors company. As a key member of our safety-conscious team, you will be responsible for the safe and proper execution of industrial cleaning and environmental services jobs across various services lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a safety representative, responsible for ensuring compliance with company and customer safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate vacuum equipment, hydroblasting equipment, and special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
  • Examine surfaces cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company equipment and perform any and all duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines, and jet rodders.
  • Direct a crew of vacuum technicians and transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations.
  • Complete pre and post trip inspections, driver's logs, and comply with all other vehicle policy and DOT requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL License and other requirements of company's driving policy.
  • Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
  • Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training, and essential experience gained on other jobs.
  • HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements, preferred.
