Job Title: Class-A CDL Regional Company Driver

Join Quality Carriers as a Class-A CDL Regional Company Driver and embark on a rewarding career with our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor trailer on regional routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Meet the requirements for a TWIC card within 60 days of hire.
  • Hold a valid CDL-A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years or 1 year of tanker experience in the last 10 years.
  • Must have held a CDL for at least 2 years.
Compensation:
  • $ weekly average for Regional runs.
  • $ weekly average for OTR runs.
Bonuses:
  • $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus.
  • $5,000.00 driver referral bonus - no limit on hires.
  • Anniversary bonus $1, $2,400.00 per year.
  • Performance/Safety Bonus $200 - $300 per quarter.
Run Details:
  • Regional runs - out 2-3 nights per week.
  • Long haul - out 5-8 nights in a row.

  • Paid Orientation and Paid On the Job Training.
  • Health Insurance - Terminal pays 80% of your premiums & 60% of dependents.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance available.

  • Truck Speeds - 70 mph on the pedal, 72 mph on cruise.
