Job Summary:

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a skilled Painter (2nd Shift) to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying industrial coatings to production materials in accordance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform industrial painting and powder coat painting processes on production materials in accordance with specifications.

Prepare material for painting operations by mixing coatings in proper quantities and viscosities; unpackages, cleans, moves, and jigs product as necessary.

Apply specified coating to products, utilizing print specifications and measuring tools to perform work accurately and assure quality.

Thoroughly clean all painting equipment as required to maintain in proper working order.

Perform routine preventative maintenance when required to ensure peak performance of all manufacturing equipment.

Move material as needed to complete responsibilities using material handling carts.

Ensure quality criteria are met by review of documents, conscientious assembly, and proper employment of quality verification checklist.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum one (1) year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (preferred using industrial powder paint systems utilizing a paint air gun with textured paints).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Williamsburg, VA area (50 miles) will be considered for this position.
