We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Imagine Staffing Technology. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing payroll and working cases from the HR ticketing system, including processing bonus or other special payments and researching over/under payments.
Key Responsibilities- Timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Work with appropriate resources to resolve any payroll-related inquiries and transactions promptly and accurately
- Administers process for garnishments, ensuring set-up, changes, calculations, and disbursements are all handled accurately and timely with third-party vendor
- Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations
- Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management and agencies
- A high school diploma/GED is required; an advanced degree or certification in accounting or finance is preferred
- Experience with high volume payroll
- Experience with enterprise payroll software, timekeeping systems, and HRIS
