Customer Experience Expert Wanted

B Star Bar, a prestigious San Francisco restaurant group, is seeking a seasoned leader to elevate the customer experience in our Inner Richmond location. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to drive success, grow professionally, and contribute to the company's advancement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead FOH staff, including recruiting, training, scheduling, reviewing, and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure seamless FOH operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement revenue-growth strategies.
  • Analyze KPIs and business factors to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Present sales and FOH metrics to Executive Management, offering actionable recommendations to achieve departmental goals.
  • Model professionalism, demonstrate integrity, and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain FOH equipment and facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of FOH experience or hospitality background.
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive accountability and customer service excellence.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Food Services Solutions DayCap, Intuit QuickBooks).
  • Familiarity with analytical software (Xtra Chef, Toast).
  • Experience with word processing software (OneNote, Google Docs, Microsoft Word).
