About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals recovering from cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a cardiac rehabilitation setting, focusing on physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, goals, and medical history.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Lead exercise sessions, providing guidance and support to patients, and ensuring a safe and effective exercise environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing education and support to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN is desirable.
  • Experience in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
