  • Product Manager:
  • Spear Bio is seeking a highly driven, team-oriented, and extremely organized individual to support the development and execution of our clinical product strategy.

The Product Manager will be based onsite at our HQ in Woburn, MA, and help manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and driving successful product launches. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with R&D, Commercial teams, and key stakeholders to optimize product offerings and maintain competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of product portfolio roadmaps, in coordination with the R&D and Commercial teams.
  • Strategize and collaborate with the Head of Product Management & Marketing to define new product features, benefits, and tradeoffs based on customer feedback, competitive landscape, and market demands.
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth hand-offs between R&D, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
  • Contribute to customer and market research to inform product strategy and decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and technological advancements.
  • Provide input into tactical marketing efforts, including customer segmentation, marketing mix, and messaging.
  • Act as a liaison between the Product Management team and external stakeholders, including KOLs and key customers, at relevant industry events and conferences.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
