Culinary Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Culinary Support Specialist, available in both full-time and part-time capacities. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized and ready for use.

Work Schedule:
Flexible scheduling options are available, with both full-time and part-time shifts. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a culinary support role is advantageous, though we are open to training motivated candidates. An internal employee referral bonus is available for current employees who refer successful candidates.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. Additional benefits include complimentary meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.
Core Responsibilities:
As a Culinary Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:
1. Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen work areas and ensuring all equipment is orderly.
2. Sweeping and mopping floors to adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
3. Washing work surfaces, including tables, walls, and food preparation areas.
4. Disposing of waste in designated containers and ensuring garbage cans are cleaned regularly.
5. Assisting in the setup of banquet tables and front-of-house arrangements.
6. Supporting the loading and unloading of supplies and products as needed.
7. Distributing utensils and portable equipment to various workstations.
8. Complying with all sanitation and safety protocols.
9. Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
