Job Summary

The Workday HCM Analyst will support the HR Technology team by augmenting the existing team's configuration and testing efforts to meet deadlines across priority projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and test Workday HCM, specifically Absence, Benefits, Performance, and Learning.
  • Deploy validations, rules, and processes.
  • Create reports and modify existing reports to meet business needs.
  • Support ad hoc special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday HCM configuration required.
  • Workday Certification and Report Writer training a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to guide business decisions.
  • Experience implementing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate accuracy while managing a large volume of work.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, initiative, and good judgment.
