Our agency is vibrant and expanding, with a strong focus on our customers and team members. We are currently looking for a skilled and driven Insurance Agency Manager/Producer to guide our team, enhance sales performance, and manage client interactions.
Role Responsibilities: As the Insurance Agency Manager/Producer, you will be pivotal to our agency's success. This role combines management and production duties, necessitating both leadership and sales proficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading a team of insurance professionals, and actively generating new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Duties:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance agents to meet individual and collective sales goals.
- Formulate and execute strategies to stimulate new business growth and broaden our client portfolio.
- Oversee the agency's daily operations, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and industry stakeholders.
- Evaluate market trends and modify strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure the agency adheres to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Actively engage in producing and servicing insurance policies, including auto, property, casualty, and life.
- Participate in community initiatives and networking events to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance sector, with a proven record of sales and management achievements.
- Possession of state insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to generate new business and finalize deals.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and market dynamics.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
