Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding relationships with dealers and OEMs within the RV and Solar industry.

The successful candidate will have previous B2B sales experience, strong business development skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly NetSuite, is also a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage and grow relationships with dealers and OEMs.
  • Cold call potential clients to drive new business.
  • Travel to tradeshows and meet with dealers and OEMs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, particularly NetSuite.

What We Offer:
  • Base salary of $75,000/year.
