Your primary duties will include:

* Analyzing cannabis and cannabis products using various techniques, including chromatography and ICP-MS.
* Preparing and extracting samples for analysis.
* Maintaining all relevant records and documentation.
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve technical problems and improve laboratory procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Two years of experience independently performing analytical chemistry procedures, including designing, developing, and implementing analytical methods and procedures, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
* OR
* Three additional years of pertinent experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.

Requested Skills:

* Demonstrated experience in analytical laboratory procedures, techniques, and scientific methods of measurement.
* Working knowledge of regulatory and quality control guidelines related to testing and research, including cGMP, ISO/IEC 17025, and TNI.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrate ethical and sound judgment.
* Attention to detail, self-motivated, focused on continuous improvement.
* Ability to multi-task and work with flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes challenging environment.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to perform strategic prioritization.
* Strong organizational skills.
