Job Summary

As a Merchandising Lead at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, and promoting the company's products and services. You will also assist management with supervising associates, receiving and stocking supplies and merchandise, and maintaining the sales floor and merchandise presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, and promoting the company's products and services.
  • Assist management with supervising associates, receiving and stocking supplies and merchandise, and maintaining the sales floor and merchandise presentation.
  • Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, product recalls, and sanitation standards are followed.
  • Oversee the picking and staging of club pick up orders throughout the day.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Leading a team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
