Long-Term Engagement - This role involves providing essential services.

  • Oversee JAMF administration and develop packages for application deployment across various systems worldwide.
  • Engage in the packaging of volume-licensed applications for distribution and repackage non-PKG installers as needed.
  • Maintain and update third-party applications on the backend efficiently.
  • Employ Bash/Python scripting for the creation and deployment of JAMF bundle packages.
  • Formulate configuration policies, conduct testing, document outcomes, and communicate procedures effectively.
  • Design tailored macOS images for deployment on Mac Pro, iMacs, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air devices.
  • Assess security updates and service packs for supported applications, ensuring quality control and certification for installation on all supported Mac clients.
  • Investigate issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and beta releases from Apple, managing cases with Apple, JAMF, Adobe, and other vendors.
  • This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and sustaining compliant and secure IT operations for all Mac systems, providing centralized services to provision and deploy necessary hardware and software based on user requests.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance principles for all Mac systems to maintain network integrity and proper information handling.
  • Documentation and Training – Create comprehensive documentation and training materials regarding macOS and Apple hardware environments for both the end-user support team and end users.
