Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding guests through our wellness center offerings.
- Manage the cleanliness and organization of spa areas, ensuring all amenities are available and well-maintained.
- Conduct thorough inspections of wellness rooms to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Efficiently respond to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their experience.
- Perform opening and closing tasks to maintain operational readiness.
- Report any unusual activities or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure locker rooms and fitness areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Familiarity with confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive information.
