- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the Secondary Marketing Analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in mortgage capital markets, secondary marketing, or lock desk roles, with a deep understanding of the financial industry and regulatory landscape.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in G-suite and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's/MBA degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with relevant certifications and training.
As a valued member of the SoFi team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $96,000 to $180,000, annual payment frequency, and eligibility for a bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
