Job Title: Business Litigation Paralegal

At Pinnacle Recruitment Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Business Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to our clients' attorneys and contribute to the smooth operation of our clients' legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience while assisting with various legal tasks and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain case files, guaranteeing all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Conduct client intake, gathering relevant information and facilitating effective communication with clients.
  • Prepare exhibits and evidence for court proceedings, adhering to strict deadlines and protocols.
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions, coordinating logistics as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phones, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Stay updated on legal procedures and regulations to provide expert support to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or relevant coursework in legal studies is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary for efficient document preparation and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong research and analytical skills are required to provide expert support to the team.
