Job Title: Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Kern County, CA. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team by providing administrative assistance, conducting research, and preparing documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and research
  • Prepare and maintain legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
  • Conduct research and gather information for legal cases
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing files
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of laws and regulations related to paralegal work
Requirements:
  • Certificate of completion of a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association
  • One year of law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
