Job Title: Porter

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Porter to join our team at Community Concierge Services LLC. As a Porter, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recyclables from residents and transporting them to the compactor. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring you to work Sunday through Thursday evenings from 6pm until finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect trash and recyclables from residents
  • Transport trash and recyclables to the compactor
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
Requirements:
  • Must have a truck
  • Must have a smartphone with a data plan
  • Must be able to handle physical demands of the job
Compensation:

$800 per month flat rate for the first 5 months, with a $500 bonus based on performance at the 5-month mark. After 5 months, the monthly rate will increase to $900 per month. W2 position paid via Direct Deposit twice a month.
