Key Responsibilities
  • Support the employee life cycle through onboarding, processing internal employee changes, and terminations through the HRIS system (Paycom).
  • Create and maintain detailed reports supporting company and department initiatives.
  • Analyze, recommend, and develop HR administrative and procedural processes to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with HR team in recruitment activities with management of job posts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining ongoing communications amongst candidates and hiring managers, arranging pre-employment screenings, and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Answer routine benefit questions, process qualifying events, assist with annual open enrollment.
  • Primary contact for employee leave management process.
  • Respond to unemployment requests.
  • Collaborate with HR team to implement policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, liaison for employee relations.
  • Acts as back up to Human Resources team as needed.
