Scientific Protein Laboratories, a world leader in biosourced pharmaceuticals, is seeking an experienced Senior Coordinator HR to join its team in Waunakee, WI.

Job Overview:

  • This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, focusing on recruitment, benefits administration, employee life cycle management, performance management, and leave management programs.
  • The successful candidate will execute HR-related tasks and projects, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient execution of HR-related tasks and projects.
  2. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
  3. Assist with benefits administration, including answering routine benefit questions and processing qualifying events.
  4. Support employee life cycle management, including onboarding, processing internal employee changes, and terminations using the HRIS system (Paycom).
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies and procedures, respond to employee inquiries, and serve as liaison for employee relations.
  6. Primary contact for employee leave management process.
  7. Maintain a high level of employee and customer confidentiality and compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or above in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
