* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales positioning of Thermo Fisher Scientific and its products specific to the Biotech market segment.
* Optimize communication of the segment-adapted Thermo Fisher Scientific value proposition to key customers.
* Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets for your designated territory.
* Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans for your specified territory to ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in the sciences or equivalent work experience.
* Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in German and English.
