Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our crane systems
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on repair and safety-related matters
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Generate sales leads during service calls to drive business growth
- Accurately document all work performed on service reports
- Participate in new crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Travel may be required, with a company-provided work vehicle
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory and ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor control systems
- A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience
- Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments, with familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to work overtime, with a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must pass a drug-screen and background check
- Strong communication skills and proven commitment to safety
- Comfort with working at heights and experience with Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
- Crane maintenance experience a plus
- 80 hours PTO
