English Language Arts Teacher

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with State Department of Education Standards and APS Board of Education goals and objectives.
- Teach and assess student progress in English Language Arts, utilizing various instructional methods and materials.
- Establish clear expectations for student behavior and maintain a well-organized and productive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- New Mexico teaching certificate in specified field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff members to support student achievement.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
