As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans based on applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior strategies
  • Analyze data to determine the function of problem behaviors and design effective interventions
  • Train staff members on the implementation of behavior support plans and monitor progress
  • Conduct treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans
  • Review behavior data and meet with staff members to discuss discrepancies and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Certification as a BCBA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
