Position Overview

As a Services Enablement Advisor, you will be instrumental in assisting the sales team by defining project parameters, developing timelines, and ensuring effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales stakeholders to define project objectives and outcomes
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions and client meetings
  • Develop project timelines and produce statements of work
  • Ensure that statements of work align with available resources
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients for project coordination
  • Address customer escalations and facilitate project success

Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as necessary
