Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Altru Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication disorders.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure in North Dakota
  • CCC-SLP certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1 year of related experience
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also required.
