Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the general operation of several mixed-use properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and exceptional tenant experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
  • Support lease administration duties, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and negotiating lease terms as needed.
  • Perform regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  • Be available to support after-hours emergency situations and work overtime hours as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of residential property/community management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities.
  • A natural service-oriented approach and a strong desire to help the company grow and improve its services.
  • Reliable, punctual, and technologically savvy, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Other Requirements
  • Valid driver's license in good standing, along with bodily injury insurance coverage of at least $100,000.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and complete a satisfactory background check.
