Key Responsibilities- Assist in the general operation of several mixed-use properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and exceptional tenant experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
- Support lease administration duties, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and negotiating lease terms as needed.
- Perform regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Be available to support after-hours emergency situations and work overtime hours as needed.
- 1-3 years of residential property/community management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities.
- A natural service-oriented approach and a strong desire to help the company grow and improve its services.
- Reliable, punctual, and technologically savvy, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Valid driver's license in good standing, along with bodily injury insurance coverage of at least $100,000.
- Ability to pass a drug test and complete a satisfactory background check.
- $40,000-$50,000 annual salary (plus bonus opportunities).
- Medical, dental, and vision care.
- 401(K) plans with matching company contributions.
- Paid time off and company holidays.
- 10 days of vacation, 5 sick days, and 2 PTO days.
